Testimonials

Emily Pecoraro is one of the most accomplished woodwind specialists that ever played in my band. I can depend on her to SIGHTREAD the most complex music I put in front of her. My band plays a lot of Frank Zappa, and everybody knows how difficult his music is.

I first had the opportunity to work with Emily Pecoraro when she had some big shoes to fill...subbing for Lenny Pickett at rehearsals for Hal Willner’s memorial. Emily impressed all the musicians so much we used her on the first NYC performance of Hal Willner’s Nino Rota concert. This was an all star band of NYC heavies, and the music ranged from “classical flute” to big band sax section to full on conducted improvisations... and Emily blew everyone away with her musicianship and woodwind skills. Plus... she makes a great marinara sauce.
